⭐ Pattern Insight:
Future English is usually about plans, intentions, promises, and hopes—not just using will. (ການເວົ້າເລື່ອງອະນາຄົດບໍ່ໄດ້ມີແຕ່ will, ແຕ່ຍັງລວມເຖິງແຜນການ, ຄວາມຕັ້ງໃຈ, ຄຳໝັ້ນສັນຍາ ແລະ ຄວາມຫວັງ).

5. Pattern Evolution
Basic: I will study English.
Better: I’m going to study English tonight.
Natural: I’m going to study English tonight because I have an online class.
Advanced: I’m going to study English tonight because I have an online class, and I hope to speak more confidently in the future.
⭐ Key Insight: Every new sentence should add one new idea, not repeat the previous one.
6. Natural English
Native speakers often contract future expressions.
- I will → I’ll
- I will not → I won’t
- I’m going to → I’m gonna (informal speech)
Examples
- I’ll call you later.
- I’ll see you tomorrow.
- I’m gonna practice after work.
🎧 Listening Tip
When listening, “I’ll” often sounds like one short word instead of I + will.
